Liwal Limited is a well established IT company operating from Kabul, Afghanistan since 1992. In 2005 Liwal Limited acquired the distributorship of ESRI GIS software in Afghanistan. In order to focus on the sales, support, and training aspects of ESRI software, Liwal Limited has recently established a separate division, administratively called GeoVision or the GIS Division.
